Clean and Comfortable Stay

The staff was great. I would appreciate better quality toiletries, as the provided toilet paper was quite rough. A great place for a relaxing night!

It was withing easy access of the Airport, city centre. shopping malls and 5 mins away from the esperanza hall where we attended a family wedding. All the staff were excellent, very pleasant and helpful. They made our stay a pleasant experience. we would certainly return if we were in that area again.

Every detail, including staff and location, was excellent. Our room was huge and fabulous and complete with the big jacuzzi tub and the bedroom. Loved the location to an outside restaurant instead.

The front desk super nice team, quickly switching my room when i found the first one unclean. The king-size bed was really comfortable, and i enjoyed the easy access to nearby stores. The heated saltwater pool was a fantastic bonus!

The hotel was big size and facilities were clean, it had magnificent and perfect location close enough to a shopping center and the clinic and other restaurants.

The price of your rooms was fantastik we travel quite a bit for soccer and since we found Monte Carlo Inn in various location we try to used them as first choice.

The only we missed at this location was a pool to cool down in .

Great amenities like a microwave and fridge added convenience. The pool was a refreshing bonus. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout the visit. I would come back for another stay 😊

During our stay in this hotel,we liked it and enjoyed it because it is clean,the staff are nice to us,the place is also close to shopping centers,and it is bus acceassible.

The only thing that was'nt good enough was the complimentary breakfast particularly the fruits where in the left overs might be served mixed with the freshly cut ones,so it tasted all like it was prepared the other day.

The room was comfortable with a king size bed, a desk and a small table with 2 chairs. Bedding was good quality.

The bathroom pipes must have been shared with the room next door, as everytime they turned on the water or flushed, you could clearly hear water running in our bathroom, including during the night.

Good hot and adequate breakfast and other services were great! My brand-new and beautifully decorated room came with a nice selection of pillows and jacuzzi tub, for example. Breakfast with voucher.

well maintained , very friendly staff , very good continental breakfast. spacious clean rooms. free internet , free parking , very close to Walmart and other shops and restaurants.

While the staff shines with friendliness, the hotel has room for improvement. Our stay showcased a comfy bed and a clean room. A good highlight was the on-site restaurant, where our server was an absolute gem! Still, they could use better attention to detail, especially in cleanliness standards.
